What exactly is Fitness Solutions REVIVE! Group Personal Training?
Our Group Personal Training is a Twelve-week program held indoors that provides instruction on fitness and nutrition, with generous heapings of motivation and fun! REVIVE! Group Personal Training is led by Carbondale’s premier strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer: Eric Bollock. Eric is Carbondale’s only Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with over 13 years of experience helping over 243 Roaring Fork Valley residents. REVIVE! Group Personal Training consists of Dynamic Whole Body Warm Ups, Self Myofacial Release, Corrective Exercises, Whole Body Functional Movements, and Targeted Static Stretching. Kettlebells, Sandbags, Bands, Med-balls, and other implements will be used when appropriate. The goal is to get you moving properly and pain free, increase joint mobility in certain joints, create joint stability in other joints, establish a solid base of general physical preparedness, teach you the proper nutrition habits to support your goals, get your body fat within healthy ranges, increase your muscular strength and endurance, and build lean muscle to raise your metabolic rate and keep it humming all day long. NOTE: Ladies, do not worry you will not get “bulky”. Muscle is more compact and smaller than fat. Also, it’s much more shapely. Replacing fat with muscle will make you smaller, tighter and firmer your size will go down, not up!
Workouts are one hour long.
What if I’m not in very good shape?
We use systematic progressive programming at REVIVE! Group Personal Training. That means each person is assessed to determine their personal level of fitness. If you’re not in very good shape, we’ll start you slow (there will be others in the same boat, so you won’t be left behind), but work you up to speed more quickly than you can probably imagine right now. The amazing thing about the human body is how it adapts quickly to proper stimulus. We will SAFELY challenge you, but never more so than you can handle. With years of experience working with people of all ages and fitness levels, we have this systematic progressive programming down to a science.
Just know that you are welcome at REVIVE! Group Personal Training regardless of your level of fitness, and you will not feel out of place, even if you think of yourself now as being totally out of shape. You are not alone. Help is here, both from us (your coaches) and the friendly, caring support you will receive from the other people. We work as a team, inspiring and being inspired, and everybody wins!
Where is the location we will meet?
We meet at The Orchard, 110 Snowmass Drive in Carbondale. (Formally The Church at Carbondale) We are right next door to Crystal River Elementary School.

How often will we meet for REVIVE! Group Personal Training?
You and others will meet with us three days a week; men on M/W/F at 6am, and women on M/W/F at 9am.
Training Sessions will last for 45 minutes to one hour, including warm-up and cool-down. Always give yourself a full hour of time to commit to each session though. All that we ask is that you arrive on time and ready to go. Training sessions start promptly.

How Will You Know What My Fitness Level Is?
A few days before REVIVE! Group Personal Training begins, we will meet with all who are new for a group orientation, assessment (where we take some measurements and ask you some questions about your lifestyle as it pertains to your fitness and medical history), and answer any questions you may have.
About the measurements: What we watch and measure improves! That’s our motto here, and it will become yours, as well. It’s vital that we ascertain a baseline of where you are today, so that we can determine what programming needs to happen in order to get you to your goals. Without these measurements it’s impossible to determine what’s working and what’s not. This speeds up the process dramatically! Although we use a group training format we may prescribe different or additional exercises based on each client’s needs. We also like to document how far you’ve come in the 4 weeks. Nothing is as motivating as seeing your body change before your eyes. This goes for body fat levels, muscular gains, and also static assessment of posture. But since it occurs over a 12-week period, you can quickly forget where you were and how far you’ve come. So we establish a baseline for you with measurements and pictures. All the measurements and pictures are held in strict confidence and will never be shared without your consent. Although, I will tell you that most people are very eager to show the world their accomplishment!
The whole point is to measure your improvement over the 12 weeks (in four week intervals) so we can make adjustments to your programming and you can feed off that achievement and keep going strong! It’s not uncommon for people to see dramatic strength gains and body fat reductions over just four weeks.
When does the next REVIVE! Group Personal Training start?
Although our program is designed in 12 Week segments which are further broken down into 4 Week segments, we have an open enrollment; if there is availability. With that being said, this program is progressive, which means that as time passes it will become more challenging. Please don’t be overly concerned with this though because as new people come in we’re able to seamlessly adjust things for them and their level of fitness. This adjusting happens on a daily basis anyway do to the fact that everyone in the group is at a different level from the start. Although we have an open enrollment, we only do one group orientation at the beginning of each 4 week segment. We also only do one nutrition seminar each month which is done the third week of each four week segment.
What should I bring with me to REVIVE! Group Personal Training?
Besides comfortable clothing you can exercise in, a water bottle, and possibly a sweat towel (if you’re a sweater), the most important thing for you to bring is a positive, can-do attitude and the willingness and desire to have fun with other people just like you!
The social element of REVIVE! Group Personal Training is a vital part of your success. The camaraderie and support is tremendous. Everyone works together as a team, inspiring and being inspired.
What sort of results can I expect to achieve with REVIVE! Group Personal Training?
Besides the body transformation, increased muscular strength and endurance, pain free movement, and the knowledge of proper movement patterns and nutrition, you’ll experience, the biggest achievement is the sense of satisfaction and accomplishment you get from taking care of your health. If you’ve never experienced it, you are in for a real treat, because nothing can make your life more full, rich, balanced and positive than exercise. You have two choices, which basically equate to two levels of commitment. Our recommendation is that you FULLY commit to yourself for just 12 weeks. After 12 weeks, you’ll have the “fitness habit” and you’ll never want to give it up because it makes you look and feel so darn good.
Commitment levels:
- 12 months: has a registration fee of $149/month. That’s just $9.31 per session!
- 6 months: has a registration fee of $169/month. That’s just $10.56 per session!
- 3 months: has a registration fee of $199/month. That’s just $12.45 per session!
- 1 month: has a registration fee of $249. That’s just $15.56 per session!

Will the exercises I do at REVIVE! Group Personal Training make me sore?
It’s completely normal to feel some soreness for the first few days of training. You are moving and using muscles in ways you probably have not for some time, maybe ever. We make sure to warm you up properly, cool you down right, and stretch. Proper rest and nutrition are also huge parts of the recovery process. And that alleviates much of the soreness, but still, some soreness is normal. And frankly, the mild soreness lets you know you’re doing great work!
What types of people get the most benefit from REVIVE! Group Personal Training?
The people who get the best results are not categorized so much by body type, age, fitness level or demographics. They are categorized by attitude. If you show up to each session ready, willing and able to take instruction, inspire and be inspired, push yourself a little beyond your normal comfort zone and have fun in a supportive environment designed to really bring out the best in you, then you can expect phenomenal results. Like everything in life, you get out of it what you put into it. But one of the great benefits of REVIVE! Do you have a refund policy?
Yes, here are the details:
- If you are unable to attend your monthly sessions due to circumstances out of your control, we will give you a full refund if you notify us at least one full week prior to your session start date.
- If you are unable to attend your monthly sessions due to circumstances out of your control, and notify us less than one week prior to your session start date, we will provide you with a refund less $50.00 cancellation fee (because we are not able to give your spot to someone else at this late date).
- If we are notified of your inability to attend after your session begins, we can give you a credit towards another boot camp at a later date.
Do you guarantee results?
Yes. Absolutely. If you follow the program as instructed and still do not get results, you can request and receive a full refund of your tuition. It’s worth noting that this has never occurred to date, and we do not anticipate that it ever will, but we offer it nonetheless to ensure you feel 100% confident that we stand behind Fitness Solutions REVIVE! What can I expect on a typical day at REVIVE! Group Personal Training?

How quickly can I expect to see results in the mirror?
It took time for you to get where you are today, and so it’s only natural that it will take a little time to see dramatic changes. But you will most definitely experience performance, strength and conditioning improvement, sometimes in as little as one to two weeks. You most definitely begin feeling better in as little as 2-3 workouts!
See-it-in-the-mirror results can take 14 days or more, depending on how much effort you put into it. Again, it’s all about attitude. If you show up ready to put in the effort while you’re at REVIVE! Group Personal Training, and you follow our nutritional guidance (without traditional dieting don’t worry about that nonsense, we don’t play those games) while you’re away from us, you can expect to see real transformational results by the end of the four weeks. 1-2 pant size reduction, 3-8% body fat reduction and a minimum of 5-12 pounds of weight lost, is not uncommon and absolutely within your grasp.
