This option is ideal for the individual who is highly motivated to follow through with an exercise program on his or her own at home or in a gym. This investment is for Exercise Program Design Only. If you would like for a coach to run you through the workouts until you feel comfortable doing them on your own you can purchase coaching sessions for a discounted rate. This program option includes an initial consultation and fitness assessment, program design and monthly follow up sessions/assessments (every 4 weeks) to assess your progress and make any modifications/changes to your program.
