Private Coaching

Accountability is everything when trying to reach your health and fitness goals and private one-on-one training offers the best environment in which to excel towards your goals. All of our one-on-one coaching packages include an initial goal assessment consultation, a complete fitness assessment, nutrition consultation, weekly private training sessions and recurring fitness assessments every 4 weeks for the duration of your program.

This program is ideal for the individual who desires or requires a more hands on approach in outlining and implementing their program on a daily/weekly basis. Most of our private clients train with us anywhere 2 – 4 times per week depending on their goals, motivation, schedule and budget. The number of training sessions purchased is dependant upon these factors and a professional recommendation from us after your initial consultation.

Ideally the more sessions you have with your fitness coach the better we are able to ensure you are on track with your goals and achieving the results you want.

Fitness Solutions clients are responsible for their workouts outside of the gym (depending on your goals) and weekly assessment checklists are performed with your Fitness Coach to ensure you are on track with your exercise and nutrition protocols. All clients are held accountable via these weekly checklists along with the completion of their logbooks.
